The Opportunity

Do you excel at managing the transformation of complex customer environments, working to drive business transformation and large-scale migration efforts for enterprise clients? If so, joining our team as a Program Manager for Transformation and Migration means playing a pivotal role in delivering customer outcomes as they migrate to the Nutanix Cloud Platform. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top industry professionals to deliver business changing results via innovative solutions for our clients.

 

About the Team

The Nutanix Professional Services team delivers a strong influence on the success of each Nutanix implementation by its customers. The Services function ensures success by engaging with customers in the pre-sales and post-sales stages by assisting in their software-defined data center (SDDC) strategy and architecture. Besides helping customers implement Nutanix products successfully, the Professional Services team, working with our partners, ensures customer success in fully implementing their virtualized and software-defined data centers. The Nutanix Professional Services Consulting function includes assessment, design, implementation, integration, and automation services as well as project/program management.  

 

Your Role

  • Establish clear program objectives, success criteria, and governance frameworks in alignment with senior customer leaders and Nutanix Services leadership.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for clients and internal leadership, presenting program health and strategic dashboards directly to executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead high-impact, client-facing status meetings to manage customer expectations, mitigate risks, and drive program velocity.
  • Foster deep, long-term client relationships through world-class project delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and unlocking future account growth.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution, tracking complex dependencies, predecessors, and milestones across multiple sub-projects and workstreams.
  • Partner with architects and resourcing teams to strategically schedule and deploy internal and external consulting talent.
  • Proactively anticipate budget or timeline challenges, and deliver accurate quarterly revenue forecasting within internal systems of record.
  • Collaborate with global Project Managers to optimize PM methodologies, share best practices, and continuously improve team efficiency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive, audit-ready program documentation and execution frameworks.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of regional & industry experience.
  • Broad experience with managing complex projects of a variety of hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms and platform integrations
  • Exceptional organizational skills including ability to plan, attention to detail, facilitation, time management, leadership and multi- tasking skills
  • Ability to work with clients and stakeholders to identify business objectives and align program deliverables to them· Ability to align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's outcome.
  • Understanding of large-scale customer operational standards and processes, preferably in the Banking/FSI sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and be dynamic in complex situations
  • Self starter with intense drive for improvement and delivering results
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project planning tools
  • Proficient with Agile project management
  • Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects
  • External customer-facing management experience (including partners)
  • Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services)
  • Experience managing multiple programs, projects, and clients in parallel is required
  • Working knowledge with tools like NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to adopt new processes and tools
  • PMP required, PgMP, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) a plus

 

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
